Kate Knight is not a licenced therapist or mental health professional. Coaching cannot replace psychological counselling or therapy.

Coaching is not therapy or counselling. Any advice given to you by Kate Knight is unique to your particular situation, with consideration to the time and place it was given and other factors. Consultations are privileged and intended for the recipient only. Advice given to you is unlikely to be helpful to another person and discussions are held in the strictest confidence.  

Information requested from yourself about your relationships is of a very sensitive and personal nature. Advice is given solely based upon the information provided and by choosing to receive a consultation the client accepts responsibility to disclose all relevant information. Information is required to enable an accurate assessment of the situation.  Consultation records and other material or content is kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties. 

Clients’ personal data will be stored securely for up to five years from the time of initial contact in order this is to enable reference for further consultations. Clients may contact me via Gmail, Facebook Messenger, Skype and Google Hangouts.  Client forms will be kept on Gmail or GDrive for up to five years after which point the records will be deleted. Client contact information may be used to contact clients for progress updates. Clients retain the right to opt out of any or all communication at any time. 

All clients are required to sign and date a disclaimer to signify their acceptance that the coaching provided by Kate Knight is NOT a form of therapy and if clients choose to implement the advice or use information provided by Kate Knight then this is at their own risk.
